About Us

Allegany Ear, Nose, & Throat was established in 2005 by Dr. David Litman.  Our mission is to provide state of the art ear, nose, and throat care to the city of Cumberland and outlying areas.  We offer comprehensive services covering the full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat diseases.  This includes the surgical management of head, neck and thyroid cancers, sinus and allergy surgery and treatment, sleep apnea surgery, and the full range of pediatric surgery of the head and neck. 

Our primary hospital affiliation is with the Western Maryland Health system and the associated facility built in 2010.  However, we also perform outpatient surgery  at the Western Maryland Surgcenter located on Williams Road, adjacent to the hospital.

Additionally, we have a satellite office location in Garrett County.
